6.00 pm — Craft Pairing Experience “Beers and Cheeses”
Craft beers and select cheeses meet in a tasting experience of contrasts, creaminess, intensity, and flavors that change with each sip. A guided experience where the world of craft beer meets contemporary food culture amidst conviviality, exquisite flavors, and a Mediterranean atmosphere. Event in collaboration with The Smuggler.

An open discussion on the future of beer production, focusing on research, sustainability, and new visions for the sector.

A journey through contemporary mixology and craft culture, where craft beer meets the world of gin, combining botanical aromas, experimentation, and new visions of drinking. This event is in collaboration with Sipario Club featuring The Smuggler Club.

Roasted aromas, intensity, and a slow pace combine in this craft beer paired with the Tornabuoni “Cacciatore della Maremmana” cigar, designed to explore new pairing cultures.
